WAXXPOT SOCIAL AND EMAIL

As the strategic and creative lead on our partnership with Waxxpot, I worked closely with their marketing team to rethink how the brand could better engage franchise locations and drive stronger email performance across markets.

For the 2024 holiday season, I developed and led the launch of "12 Days of Smoothmas", a multi-channel campaign that delivered daily discounts and giveaways over a 12-day period. I oversaw every facet of execution: from concept development and copywriting to email scheduling, social and in-store asset design. All of this resulted in a 30% increase in email engagement.

Building on that success, I helped define Waxxpot’s 2025 creative strategy, shifting our focus toward eventizing their campaigns and aligning brand messaging with key moments in their customers’ year. The goal: to position Waxxpot as not just a service, but a self-care essential.
